Gods word: Create Cleans Cuts

 

John 1:In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

 

 

2 examples of the power of Christ as the word

  -  The world was created by the word (Jesus) and he spoke the word. (he could have just created it but he spoke it)

*Showing the power of his spoken word

 

  -  Christ was led into the desert to be tempted and he spoke the word/scripture to defeat satan.

*Again showing the power of the spoken word of God

 

His words created his escape from temptation

 

His word creates…

You are at where you are at right now according to the words you have spoken over your life. 

*Or the words that you accepted that have been spoken over your life.

 

Now you might say I don’t speak over my life… I rarely talk. Well what about the words rolling around your head.

 

The mother who calls and says don’t you miss hearing my voice? i hear it everyday…
