All things considered, it is important to remember that throughout church history, new information about people and the world have frequently led Christians to reconsider their beliefs. This need not be a reason to distrust Scripture, but rather should serve as an invitation to wrestle with the contexts of the biblical writers and our own lived experiences. As it stands today, there are millions of faithful Christians around the world who have come to recognize the work of God in and through the relationships of LGBTQ+ people As New Testament Scholar Daniel Kirk has pointed out, Christians today would do well by the tradition of the apostles and our current witness in the world to recognize that theological abstractions aside, God has already clearly embraced LGBTQ+ people into full communion, and it is now the church’s responsibility to simply honor that reality and rejoice (Luke 15).

**The person who feels fat… binge and purge, weighs only 80 pounds… but she feels fat. Those that love her would tell her the hard truth… you are killing yourself, you are not happy… quit going by your feelings.

BUT PASTOR THERE IS NO VERSE THAT TALKS ABOUT BULIMIA AND OR ANOREXIA? 

 - That would be there type of excuse or reasoning! 

 

Genesis 19 Lot and Sodom and Gomorra 

Two angels visit Lot to save his family.

The men of the city find out there are two new fresh men and they storm Lots house demanding to have them for their own sexual practices. 

4 Now before they lay down, the men of the city, the men of Sodom, both old and young, all the people from every quarter, surrounded the house. 5 And they called to Lot and said to him, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us that we may know them carnally.”

Old and Young - Lads - young boys!

Sodom and Gomorra destroyed like so many other cities and cultures that were destroyed 

Gen. 19:4 They had groomed their boys to want sex with other men. 

God out of his mercy saves Lot, but not his wife who was hot… his daughters were marrying idiots- they did not flee.

The daughters get Daddy drunk to have sex with him…

WHAT DO WE LEARN… you can be a Christian in an anti Christ culture, but it will still change your children!
