2. Eliminate - To get rid of; remove

When we read “LIFE” we might think, I gotta die for my friend?  

 

Two thoughts: 1. this may mean you give up what is most important for you in order to be the type of friend you need to be.

2. you get what you give.  You want a friend who will die for you?  Then you must be willing to die for them.

 

Do you have that type of friend…. You say they are not out there!  False, you just simply need to be the type of friend you want to  have!

 

Apple has sold more than a billion devices… and has one of the most recognizable logos on the planet. but if I asked you to draw it you and less than 1% of people could draw it from memory. 

Is the apple completely round? Does it have a stem, does it have a leaf, does the stem or leaf tilt to the left or right, does it have a bite taken out of it? from what side? Is the bite 1/3 2/3 or more of the apple, is the bottom of the apple flat, does it have bumps on the bottom? how many bumps? 

Attentional saturation… we see it so much our brain teaches us its unimportant.

 

We can do that with friends… we call certain people good friends or best friends to the point of losing sight of the details of what makes up a good friend - giving up ones life.

 

 

Are you willing to eliminate things from your life in order to better love and server your friends?
